From day one, you'll be supported through our Bright Start induction program and receive ongoing training, exclusive product previews, and the opportunity to become an Accredited Lighting Consultant. If you're looking for a role with real career growth, you've found it.

Ensuring the store looks its absolute best, every day

Coaching and supporting new team members

Stepping up to support store operations and administration when needed
