Beacon Lighting Commercial is entering an exciting phase of growth — and we’re looking for a commercially minded relationship-builder to help drive the next chapter.

With over 30 years in the volume, project and specification lighting market — and backed by the strength and stability of the ASX-listed Beacon Lighting Group — we deliver lighting solutions across apartments, hotels, aged care facilities and large-scale commercial developments and volume residential groups nationwide.

This role is suited to some who understands the Lighting & Electrical industry – particularly through the trade channels and who knows how to take ownership of a portfolio, build meaningful industry partnerships, and contribute to projects that leave a lasting mark on the built environment.

 

THE ROLE

Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in growing our commercial footprint across Victoria.

This role blends relationship management with proactive business development. You’ll work closely with builders, electricians, developers, wholesalers and project stakeholders — positioning Beacon Lighting Commercial as a trusted lighting partner from specification through to delivery.

You’ll have the backing of a strong national brand, exclusive product ranges, and an experienced internal team — but the drive, initiative and commercial acumen will be yours.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Building and strengthening long-term relationships across your commercial portfolio

  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities within the project and trade sectors

  • Meeting and exceeding sales and gross profit targets

  • Preparing detailed quotes, proposals and trade agreements

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

  • Providing product expertise and commercial insight to clients

  • Representing Beacon Lighting Commercial at client meetings and industry events

  • Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and pipeline visibility

  •  On the road 90% of your week, building credibility across key clients in the industry
