A DAY IN THE LIFE? Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Retail, the State Manager VIC & TAS is accountable for delivering strong financial outcomes while building an aligned, high-performing and inclusive leadership culture across the region. Key Responsibilities Include: - Own sales, margin and profit contribution outcomes across the network
- Develop and coach Multi-Site Leaders to perform their Critical Role — enabling Store Managers to deliver results through their teams
- Accelerate Trade growth and strengthen Beacon’s position as a trusted partner to industry professionals
- Create clarity of priorities and consistency of execution across stores
- Partner cross-functionally to remove friction, improve systems and unlock productivity
- Champion safety as a non-negotiable standard
- Spend meaningful time in stores — coaching, observing and building capability
- Success in this role is measured not only in commercial outcomes, but in the strength of leaders you develop and the culture you embed.
