THE ROLE

Based at our Parkinson warehouse, the purpose of the Internal Warehouse Assistant role is to ensure all customers receive their products in a timely manner. This is a fast paced role, working on stock management and ensuring all customer deliveries are processed and picked in a timely manner. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Pick and pack product for dispatch - monitor, cross-check and verify all customer deliveries
• To check all incoming goods, and process according to company standards
• To enter as received, all goods that come into the stockroom into the system
• To action returns/credits and faulty goods in a timely and accurate manner
• To work with appropriate courier companies and arrange deliveries
• To ensure stockroom is well

ABOUT YOU

This role is vital for supporting our sales team and ensuring that our clients receive the best of service. You will therefore possess the following skills and attributes:

• You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with forklifts and walkie stackers would be highly advantageous
• Previous experience working within a warehouse or stockroom environment is highly advantageous
• You have strong organisational skills and take pride in keeping work areas clean, structured, and efficient
• You are confident using computers and inventory management systems to process stock accurately
• You are reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting daily deadlines
• You communicate clearly and work well within a team environment
• You take ownership of your work, ensuring customer orders and deliveries are handled correctly the first time

We also specialise in project and specification lighting in various commercial sites including apartments, hotels, and aged care facilities.
