THE ROLE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care guru to join the team at our Store Support Centre located in Derrimut. This role involves responding to customer enquiries in relation to after sales for both internal and external customers by arranging repairs or replacement under warranty. Your role will also entail: 

  • To receive calls, emails and faxes from stores and external customers in relation to
    electrical and after sales product issues
  • To obtain all relevant information, offer an appropriate solution and ensure the
    customer is confident that the issue is being appropriately addressed
  • To arrange for warranty and electrical work to be performed by internal BLI resources in
    the first instance utilizing SimPRO
  • To ensure that if BLI is not able to perform the electrical and warranty work, that
    external resources are utilized at favourable rates
  • Maintain the simPRO management system through updating information as required (eg invoice alterations, payments and materials)

 

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Be able to make sound decisions
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Have intermediate computer skills
  • Have demonstrated strong customer service skills
