THE ROLE

Based at our Parkinson warehouse, the purpose of the Warehouse Picker Replenisher is to ensure all customers receive their products in a timely manner. This is a fast paced role, working on stock management and ensuring all customer deliveries are processed and picked in a timely manner. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Pick and process stock orders accurately, using equipment such as forklifts to access stock and deliver items to the dispatch area

  • Prepare goods for dispatch through safe and appropriate packing, wrapping and palletising

  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move incoming stock into designated storage locations

  • Use RF scanners accurately across all functions relating to stock picking and replenishment

  • Maintain and care for equipment used in the picking and replenishment process

  • Ensure all accompanying documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Assist with receiving incoming goods, including container unloading, as required

  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required from time to time

 

ABOUT YOU

This role is vital for supporting our sales team and ensuring that our clients receive the best of service. You will therefore possess the following skills and attributes:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with forklifts is essential - Must have valid FL license (High Reach - Highly Desirable)
  • Previous experience working within a warehouse or stockroom environment is highly advantageous
  • You have strong organisational skills and take pride in keeping work areas clean, structured, and efficient
  • You are confident using computers and inventory management systems to process stock accurately
  • You are reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting daily deadlines
  • You communicate clearly and work well within a team environment
  • You take ownership of your work, ensuring customer orders and deliveries are handled correctly the first time
